According to the Silicon Valley Business Journal, the $12 billion dollar mining firm Bitmain has begun moving into its recently acquired 20,000 square feet of office space in downtown San Jose, California.

The tech-hub they’ve moved into, a pair of granite-clad buildings called Riverpark Towers, is now at full occupancy with Bitmain having taken the last vacancy.

Other tenants include Okta, Cohesity, Chiao Tung Bank, McGrath/Power, CipherCloud, and WeWork.

Notably, Riverpark Towers changed hands for $283M in December of 2017, setting a price-per-square-foot record for downtown San Jose. It was also San Jose’s first office building to receive LEED Gold for Core and Shell certification from the U.S. Green Building Council back in 2010.

Bitmain, based in China, manufactures mining hardware and is nearing an expected IPO at a valuation of around $12 billion following a $400 million round of funding in June and a $110 million round earlier in the year.
