Today, at the Cumberland Top 100 Global Crypto Influencers Summit, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao “slipped” that Binance would begin offering fiat exchange in Singapore. The beta will be invite-only.

Today is day two of the Cumberland Top 100 Global Crypto Influencers Summit in Singapore, and Changpeng “CZ” Zhao is dropping some fresh news for the locals.

Confirmed via his Twitter, CZ says in just 3 days, on September 18th, Binance will begin an invite-only closed beta test of fiat exchange in Singapore.

Per the tweet, CZ says he accidentally “slipped” the news during a breakout session with Tyler Winklevoss.

He’d also hinted earlier that fiat was coming to Binance, though he was clear that he’s not looking to compete with Coinbase and Gemini for the USD market…
